After selecting your service, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.
If you've selected for your negatives to be mailed back, a flat mailing charge will be applied at checkout. Select your preferred mailing choice before proceeding to payment
Pack up your order and include the order number.
Include your order number in your film parcel. This can be on the parcel itself or inside on a piece of paper.
Secure your films in a padded or ziplock bag —avoid paper envelopes to prevent damage or loss.
Recycled ziplocks bags are provided at our drop off box but please bring your own in case it runs out. Avoid dropping off your rolls unpackaged to prevent loss of your film.
Getting your scans
Once your parcel arrives, we will promptly process it according to the turnaround times stated on our website.
After processing and scanning, you'll receive an email a link to download your images. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder. The folder will be uploaded for a period of 14 days. After which they will be deleted from our end.
Refund Policy
In the event of lost film due to postage, you will be refunded your full amount as long as no processing has been done.
If your film roll turns out empty, you will only be charged for developing and we will refund the scanning fee. Return of negatives and mailing charges will still apply if opted for.
Due to the unpredictable nature of certain film types, we will not be responsible for blemishes on your film’s scans.
If you send in film that cannot be processed (such as ECN2 or E6 film), prevailing mail back of film charges will apply.
