Mail or drop off your film at our drop off box at 49A Chun Tin Road, S (599623)

1. Select and order the service you require.

After selecting your service, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.

If you've selected for your negatives to be mailed back, a flat mailing charge will be applied at checkout. Select your preferred mailing choice before proceeding to payment

2. Pack up your order and include the order number.

Include your order number in your film parcel. This can be on the parcel itself or inside on a piece of paper.

Secure your films in a padded or ziplock bag —avoid paper envelopes to prevent damage or loss.

Recycled ziplocks bags are provided at our drop off box but please bring your own in case it runs out. Avoid dropping off your rolls unpackaged to prevent loss of your film.

3. Getting your scans

Once your parcel arrives, we will promptly process it according to the turnaround times stated on our website.

After processing and scanning, you'll receive an email a link to download your images. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder. The folder will be uploaded for a period of 14 days. After which they will be deleted from our end.

• We develop colour film on Tuesdays and Fridays, and it usually takes up to 3 working days before you get your scans.

• That said, things can get a little busier during festive rush and turnaround can sometimes go up to around 6-7 working days

• Select for mail back in the options above and postage will be calculated at checkout. We offer Standard Untracked, Tracked, and Tracked with return of canisters.
• Unfortunately due to space constraints in our lab, we can only offer mail back. No Self-Collection.
• Once your order is complete, we will retain your items for up to 7 days before mailing them out.
